My Office is Not Accessible

This is the problem, isn’t it? You have to be an advocate for accessibility and inclusivity every where you go. At my office, they tried (to make it accessible)…see the huge ramp in front of the main entrance, see the long ramp going to the other building…but I cannot even afford to invite my colleagues to a meeting here because at the old building there is no accessible toilet. At the new building the supoosedly accessible toilet is used as a cleaner’s store room. And if a person in a wheelchair at the old building wants to use the accessible toilet at the new building (sigh!) he or she will need to wheel over there and pray that it is not raining…

Here are some beautiful pics of the ramps… plus a slippery one that connects one building with the other but there is no lift at the new building!
